    Hang glider over the coast - hope he doesn't have any regrets!

    If you fancy getting some really big air then you could try your hand at hang gliding or para gliding off some of the hills in Northern Ireland.  The Mourne Mountains or the Sperrins offer ample hills for the enthusiastic to ply their trade from. 
     
    There is an activity provider who will provide training for beginners who want to try hang gliding or para gliding.  Contact the Aerosports Gliding School for more informaiton.  The Ulster Hang Gliding and Paragliding club also have 60+ pilots who fly from places in Northern Ireland and who allow beginners to come along to experience for themselves the flying experience and to also ask any questions about equipment needed and safety concerns.
